10 Things To Avoid For Always Beautiful Hair

1- Never Comb your Hair While they are Wet, because when your Hair are Wet they are at the Weakest Point to cause Hair Damage and Hair Fall because of the weakest elasticity, at least wait for 50% drying of your Hair before you do a Comb.

2- Try Not to Use Hair Heating Products as much as you can avoid. Air Dry your Hair by Using Electric fan or let them Dry Naturally Instead of using Hair Dryers.

3- Be a Intelligent Buyer before you going to shop any Shampoo or Conditioner because for sometime these shampoos will boost your Hair Volume and appearance but those are actually not good for your Hair, as they results in Hair damage and Hair fall after sometime. Whenever you go to buy a Shampoo or Conditioner make it Sure those are Sulfate Free and Paraben Free.

4- Get your Hair Trimmed after every 3 Weeks because when they are not trimmed they develop into weak and Split ends resulting in weak strands of Hair, thus your hair looks dull and dead. Hair Cut refreshes your Hair and allows your Hair to get better nourished and Looks Healthy.

5- Do not Forget to use Heat Protectant Spray  before using any Product either it is a Straightener, Hair Dryer and other Heat products because Heat damages your roots and that is one of the main reason to cause Hair damage and Hair fall.

6- Never use a Cheap Quality Hair Straightener or Dryers For your Hair because it will give nothing to your Hair except hair Damage, intact by purchasing Low Quality Heat Tools for your Hair your are actually buying a great Hair damage for your Self.

7- Try to use Oil at least by giving a Proper Head massage 3 times a Week before you go for a Shampoo because it helps to Nourish your Hair and adds Shine.

8- Avoid Direct UV Exposure, try Covering your Hair when going out in extreme  Sunlight Conditions because UV effects your Hair to weaken them.

9- Eat Healthy Foods like Salmon, Beans, Whole Grains and Dark Green Vegetables because these helps to cover all the Deficiencies that causes your Hair to Fall.

10- Before you going for Swimming don’t Forget to take along the Swimming Cap with you, because Chlorine damages your Hair more then you think off. So always wear swimming Cap and do wash your Hair each time when you are out from a swimming pool.
